Telesales Executive

Job Role:

Working as part of an existing internal and external sales team, your objective would be to develop new sales opportunities and generate many high-quality leads and sales appointments for the external field sales staff of the company to attend, so that they can discuss face-to-face the companies wide range of industry leading technology products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilising selling techniques and product knowledge to secure quality appointments
  • Over-achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Pro-actively seek new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the assigned geographical area business opportunities
  • Developing and managing a pipeline using the CRM system
  • Providing regular feedback to management regarding client issues/competitor activities
  • Generating a sufficient number of quality appointments for field Sales Executives
  • Gathering and recording all client information accurately
  • Building prospect lists via networking, cold calling and lead generation

Person Specification:

  • Must have previous experience in a B2B telesales/appointment setting environment
  • Able to confidently work towards and achieve set targets and KPIs
  • Sales and target driven
  • Excellent communication skills when dealing with decision makers at the highest level
  • Able to build strong relationships

Hours of work, Pay and Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.00
