Sales Support Administrator

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join our clients UK Sales team on a temporary contract of approximately 6-8 months to support the Sales team in both daily duties and projects. This is a key role within the Sales team providing support.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Sales Executives with administrative tasks
  • Liaising with customers
  • Managing stock allocation and replenishment
  • Highlighting overdue sales and resolving issues
  • Extensive and timely liaison with our interval despatch team
  • Planning and scheduling of manufactures details
  • Attendance with key meetings
  • Processing of orders
  • Extensive liaison with Sales Executives

Person Specification:

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills
  • Be IT literate and proficient in all key Microsoft packages
  • Have proven organisational and planning skills
  • Have the ability to work well in a pressurised environment.

Hours and Pay:

  • Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm (37.5 hours)
  • £19,000 - £21,000 per annum
  • 6 - 8 months maternity cover
  • Pension
  • Free parking
  • 22 days holiday plus an additional 1 day a year up to a maximum of 25 days
